In addition to his work on the By The Way column and the turnovers, Wodehouse contributed occasional items to the “Notes of the Day” on the front page of the Globe. Through the courtesy of the Wodehouse Estate and the P.G.W. Globe Reclamation Project, Madame Eulalie presents these rare articles, collected here for the first time since their original print appearances. The first two are noted by name in Wodehouse’s Money Received for Literary Work notebook. The others are noted only by date in the notebook, and have been identified by the Globe Reclamation Project attribution panel, on the basis of style and subject matter, from among other items printed on those dates.
